An internship program that seeks to place recent graduates and/or graduates with a disability in paid internships relevant to their field of interest. Internships are 6 months – 1 year in duration.

Youth Employment Service (YES)
A government funded service that provides a variety of programs and supports for young adults looking for work. Includes a variety of workshops, 1:1 counselling and job development on a client’s behalf. Program offers wage subsidies to employers who hire clients from the program.
Youth Employment Service (YES) - YESability
A subset of the Youth Employment Service, YESAbility provides individualized action planning, career counselling, specialized job development, labour market information, work placement opportunities, accommodation support, and on-the-job coaching to individuals experiencing any physical or cognitive disability.
Return to Work
Wellspring's Returning to Work Program
Located in Wellspring Calgary & Edmonton.
A full 8-week return-to-work support program with 2 additional education sessions on Government Programs and Employment/ Long Term Disability Law. Individuals can attend the 2 information sessions without registering in the full program.
Wellspring's Money Matters Program
Located in Wellspring Calgary & Edmonton.
Gives patients access to individual financial counselling and help navigating government and agency income support programs. Individuals can receive legal consultation within the “Employment and EI Legal Clinic” through the Money Matters program.
