On the Tip of the Toes provides therapeutic adventure expeditions for young people between the ages of 14-29 living with cancer to regain their well being. Each team contains 12 teenagers with 4 experienced guides and a medical team. Free for family and participants, and we help transport from home to the expedition (throughout Canada)

We offer a variety of arts and crafts program, meditative exercises for those in the Hamilton area.Localife
We are an activity based group where young adult cancer survivors enjoy fun activities and connect with their survivor peers so they will no longer feel lonely as they face their cancer journeys. Currently we offer programs in Edmonton, Toronto, Ottawa, and Calgary. We are looking forward to expand the program to other cities in the future. So please be on the lookout.How to apply

Retreat Yourself Adventures
Retreat Yourself provides to young adult cancer survivors with an opportunity to take part in an adventure to address survivorship issues which will help them grow physically and mentally to push their limits. Each year, the destination is different.

Cottage Dreams
The Cottage Dreams Cancer Recovery Initiative offers cancer survivors the opportunity to spend a week at a donated cottage with their friends and family, allowing them to reflect and celebrate their recovery. |

First Descents offers a multi-day adventure program for young adults that allow them to push beyond their limits, meet other inspiring people, and explore some of the most beautiful settings throughout the U.S. and abroad. Costs free of charge, but must provide for your own travel (travel scholarships are available). All food, lodging, instruction, equipment and gear are provided. |
