Empowering conference that allows young adult cancer survivors to connect and learn things that will help them move forward and feel supported while doing so.
Who?
Survivors: Diagnosed between 15 to 39, aged between 18 to 39. Supporter (optional): 18 to 39 (cannot be parents)
Activities
Past activities have included discussing issues specific to young adults dealing with cancer, BBQs, campfires, sharing with peers.
Pricing
Free for young adult cancer survivors and one supporter. It covers the cost of food and accommodations for the weekend. Offers travel assistance. Contact karine@youngadultcancer.ca

Willow Breast Cancer Support Cancer
Provides an online Willow-Talk Discussion Board, and offers support groups let by peers, professionals, or both, located throughout Canada

Rethink Breast Cancer - Her2+
An online social network designed to connect and support Canadian women touched by HER2+ breast cancer.
Who?
Those receiving treatment for breast cancer, in remission, or who is a long-term survivor of HER2+ breast cancer. Can be a supporter or health care provider as well.
Activities
Share your story of being diagnosed and living with HER2+ breast cancer, to help others cope with the emotional burden of the experience, and know they are not alone.
